Marital Status:Widowed Favorite High School Memory:The whole thing was an adventure for me, including all the dumb stuff I did, and despite whatever happened to me both good and bad. It was a good time to be growing up in AZ going from ignorant and naïve to slightly less ignorant and naïve! I enjoyed all the people! An Update on your life since High School:I set out on a mission to pay the price and go for it, in business and to go on every adventure possible. My Mantra was: to never look back and say, "if only." Somehow I managed to graduate from ASU with a business/Marketing degree, get married, and enter the Medical Device business. I worked pretty hard and moved around a lot. I suppose it paid off and I got lucky and first retired when I was 40. I am quite humbled by it all. the only thing I can say is God bless America! Being a pilot and airplane junkie, I got involved flying Russian MIG fighter jets and was a co-founder of the Hoppers, the first civilian jet airshow team. www.hopperflight.com I became bored with retirement (thank God I can fly better than I can golf!) and went back into the medical business and was a principal in 10 or 12 companies. I recently retired for the 3rd time, we'll see how long it lasts! My work has allowed me to travel all over, from African Safari to lunch at the Tepee and a lot of interesting people and places in between. It's all part of the adventure! I never thought I'd become a snowbird but now I am! I have a house in Minneapolis and one in Paradise Valley. During grade school I was truly perplexed when the neighbor's friends from some faraway land called Iowa, came to lay in the sun every February, I get it now ! Your philosophy and/or message to the class:When I was younger it was: Work Hard, Play Hard, and treat people the way you would want them to treat you. Now: It's we are who we are, have fun and don't grow up! Yesterday is ancient history, we only have today and tomorrow!
